I’m actually so done. Walked back into my living room and saw THIS… whole screen shattered like it got attacked for no reason. My kid really did this and just stood there like it wasn’t a big deal. That’s not a small mistake, that’s straight up careless and expensive as hell.
I don’t get how kids these days act like nothing has value anymore, just breaking stuff and expecting everything to magically get replaced. No respect, no accountability, just acting like it’s whatever. I’m sitting here staring at this thinking how does an 8 year old already move like this, and I can’t even wrap my head around how my wife can’t teach our own kid basic respect… like what are we even doing at this point. I try to step in and actually discipline and suddenly it turns into an argument like setting boundaries is the problem.
